Our mission

Refined and adopted by the Board of Directors, 2026.

Emzini weCode builds Africa's next generation of problem solvers through rigorous computational training and deep mentorship, planting a discipline of hard work that turns talent into careers, companies, and communities.

Starting with the ones nobody else will reach.

No one is turned away for inability to pay. Apply first. We work out the money afterwards.

Our culture

Hard work, and the resilience to keep going.

Our strongest asset is not the syllabus. It is the culture students step into. One where effort is expected, difficulty is normal, and nobody is written off for starting behind.

Students gathered around a laptop in a session, one laughing, several leaning in to look at the same screen
A session in Bulawayo.

Where our people are now.
