Courses are open to anyone who meets the entry bar, wherever you are. Clubs run for a full year inside a partner school or university. You can do either, or both.

Course fees scale to what a household can afford. You apply once; the financial assistance question is part of the same form. Nobody applies separately for aid, and nobody is turned away for inability to pay.
